Update v21-07-21

Fixes: - Turning off steer assist on settings will now turn it off all the way (when steer assist is on and then the game  is paused, turning off steer assist will now completely hide the steer assist.)

Updates: - Heal now removes poison

                      - Poison now has a timer on the top

                      - NEW WEAPON: Missile Launcher, 6 ammo, 3s reload, creates a big explosion on impact
